Good to deal with but one full pack that I ordered did not germinate and I lost all 3 which I purchased for 40$ prob just won’t order that brand anymore

I ordered some of the lemon autos and not a one popped. This is I believe the 3rd time. Bout to start shopping elsewhere witch I do love shopping with seedsman but not wasting my money

I ad 6 seeds that didn't open, to me that's a ,lot, the other ones are ok,

Not quite sure yet. Have one seed never sprouted and so far one that sprouted but never grew?? Waiting till I start more to see.

I have ordered seeds multiple times but the seeds I received on my last order did not all germinate. 3 out of 5. That order is disappointing.

I am referring to $107 in change that you did not return to me because I made a mistake and you said it was a credit why can't I use that credit that's $107 I've had many seeds that don't do anything I I just want to order some seeds with my $107 credit

I am very disappointed in the seeds that I purchased ... I was able to only get 1 out of 5 to germinate ... I don't know why but they just didn't.. the one that did was germinated the same exact way too !!

I did not find the web site and purchase workflow particularly intuitive, and even missed the 10% "first purchase" discount because it was not shown on any page I visited before I made the order. Furthermore the promised e-mail updates about order progress did not arrive. I do not understand why additional "delivery insurance" is strongly recommended, given the reliability of the European postal system and when it is already the responsibility of any reputable trader to ensure delivery... it seems rather grasping. The 90 day limit on claiming for failed seeds is far too short, as having planted 6, only 3 came up, but I am storing the others for later, and 90 days will have long passed by then. All that said, the seeds did arrive in good time, and overall I am satisfied.

Hello, ordering was the most tedious part of the process, card payments just won't go through and your site keeps on glitching for most of the day. Luckily i'm into crypto so I was able to make my order with crypto. Everything else was fine just ordering was my problem.

They arrived pretty quick but the only issue was the actually seeds everytime I ordered any barley half germinated successfully

Very good delivery service. Only half germinated unfortunately. It's a big cost.

Website was broken for months and I was unable to make purchase in needed time frame, plus I missed out on a appetising promotion. Although It’s up running good as gold now though. The shipping time is very slow but the 100% landing success rate makes it more than worth it. I highly recommended your site to all my friends and I sell the site on its “guaranteed land”. I love the constant promotions as I love a discount. I wish there was a bit more of a bulk buy discount on larger amounts but it is what it is. Keep up the good work.
