Problems ordering , being told you don't deliver to my area , UK ?? No help from the bot , you took over a week to respond .

Although speed of delivery and getting a complete and correct order is great, a free pack of papers cost $2 and while ordering I was instructed I could pick my free seeds instead of getting random seeds you don't know where to plant or what to expect. Free is great, when it's really free.

Order and delivery is always a breeze Only ordered 2 packs and both sprouted but 1 is dying, I guess things happen.

3 of my seeds are white so we both know they are not going to grow 😔 I always buy from here and never had a problem till now wish the company would send me 3 seeds to reimburse me for 3 seeds

Overall wasn't bad 3 of my seeds wouldn't start but other than that, not bad. 2 of my Cinderella 99 blueberries. Wouldn't sprout and one of my crystal candy wouldn't sprout either.I guess it is what it is

I wish there was some kind of insurance I took great care of my seed, planted it indoors and it still didn’t make it Bummer. (I am highly experienced)

Returning customer and happy with the service but sadly this time I've received my first dud seed. Not the end of the world, but a bit painful when they are 12quid each.

I ordered 5 royal Queen seed only one germinated not really that happy with the results but they was a fair price

Seeds arrived quick. They seem to be of average quality. I tried some that were given as a bonus. They are below average. Very slow development 1 of 5 didn't sprout.

I was under the impression that once my order was processed it would be 5 or so business days. That was feb 17. dealt with your chatbot which wasted my time. currently waiting in response. i am very optimistic on a positive outcome

Order and delivery great seeds not sprouting don’t know why good results in the past using same process for over 20 years doesn’t fail often I live in mn I know about cold

Thanks very much for your review. I am surprised you have not heard back from us if you have submitted a ticket as we do reply to ALL tickets. Please submit another if you have had issues with our products. We do test all batches of seeds rigorously so we are very happy with the quality of the products we sell. .one seed sprouted so far the other 2 did not... I'm a tad bit disappointed. I guess u get what u pay for.

Please get in touch with our customer service department if you have had issues with our seeds. They will be very happy to help you. We do a lot of quality testing on our seeds and are super confident with their quality but also keen to keep customers happy. Best Seedsman

overall I guess it was good. I bought a batch to try and start my new tents and the germination rates left alot to be desired had 6 outta like 22 seeds never germinate at all. could be cause they were delivered in the cold maybe I dunno just wasn't fun as it costed alot but I guess that's life
