“If i could give zero stars I would. Zero response in terms of customer service, no phone lines operating, no live chat, no complaints process, just an infuriatingly unhelpful automated chat bot. No sign of a refund or even any communication to that matter, after months of waiting and multiple requests through the enquiries form.”
“I attended the Concerto de Andrea Bocelli on the 25th of June 2021 order number 68238702.
We were sat in a completely different location to that according to what we had purchased. This appears to have affected about three hundred other people. We complained (along with every one else) to the organisers but nothing was done. I complained to SEE tickets but they have my money and don't care. They ask you for details but their data base doesn't have any record of your order! The seats we received were grade Z compared to the seats we paid for. Frankly we were ripped off!”
“Bought a ticket for the Manics at Wembley, only to find out it is only a e-ticket, apparently it is clearly stated they say, but it is not.
So people with no smart phone are banned from the concert, this is a shame and they wouldn't give me the money back. Never ever will I bay any tickets from them again”

I applied for a refund for FIB benicassim on the 14th of July, I was told my refund would be processed within 30 working days.
It is now December and having emailed back and forth for nearly 5 months, they tried to tell me I never filled out the refund application forms. Luckily I still had the confirmation emails stating they had in fact received my refund applications, which I forwarded on. It has now been a further 2 weeks and they are ignoring my emails. Anyone that works for this company should be ashamed of themselves.”

Impossible to deal with. They eventually agreed a refund after numerous requests. Months later, and I am still waiting.
