They really have a ton of bots writing good reviews for them. I would highly advise against doing business with them. A festival cancels an event the DAY prior to it happening, and the ticketing company says they will issue a refund. Almost 3 months later, they say itll be one week until we get the refund. 2 weeks later some people have gotten refunds, and others (like myself) still have no money in our accounts (which is OUR money to begin with). Seriously? 3 whole months to get a refund of our own money? What is the money doing is my question, probably sitting in some fat account getting interest so they wait as long as possible before giving it back to earn an extra buck. Also they keep the 42 dollar service fee and dont refund that? Like what? What on this earth costs 42 dollars to process. You should refund us the WHOLE amount. 5,000 people × 42 dollars each, y'all just made 210,000 dollars off of an event that didnt even happen. What a joke

AVOID !!!!!! Tickets apparently sent a week before the gig, Royal Mail tracking number didnt work, emailed SEE TICKETS a few times and just got told tickets are with courier. 24 hours before gig still no tickets, very stressful and worrying situation. Finally received an email stating that tickets will now be at the venue's Box Office the day of the gig !!!! Glad to say on arriving at the venue along with proof of my booking I was able to get my tickets... I will NEVER use SEE TICKETS ever again, terrible stressful experience and the thing is they do not have a contact phone number so you can't even speak to a human being ! **AVOID**

Avoid at all cost …paid for refund protection…not even an acknowledgment when I sent the detailed form ….complete scam …am surprised Country living has any affiliation with this so called scammer !!

Tried to buy tickets for about a week to this show and kept getting this error. In the meantime of the site not working the show sold out. 😒

THIS IS THE SHADIEST COMPANY I EVER… THIS IS THE SHADIEST (BECAUSE THE WON'T LET ME WRITE ANOTHER 'S' WORD) COMPANY I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH FOR TICKETS. Tickets booked and paid for in July 2021. Event to take place on 11 November 2021. Email confirmation reads that physical tickets will be sent by mail and to only contact them 48 to 72 hours prior to event of tickets still not received. Why no digital tickets though?? 72 hours prior to gig I contact them: no customer service number no livebot. I receive an email 24 hours later telling that tickets have now been despatched and a Royal Mail link to track the package. I was away but scheduled to get back home on the day of the event. Arrived in the early morning and no letter in the post. I checked the Royal Mail link and it did not work. Nor did the tracking number when entered manually in the Royal Mail site. HOW IS THIS NOT A SCAM! Several emails sent but since there is no telephone number at all (an old one I dug out online did not work) or a livebot or even an email address that is not a donotreply@ I am only left with contacting them through their form and I have already been wasting one full hour trying to sort this out!!!! I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY TICKETS !!!!!!

Thieves hiding behind template emails This company stole my money. My event was postponed twice due to covid, and I requested a refund. I'd paid over a year ago using a credit card issued by a now-defunct provider - i.e. there's no way for money issued to it to get back to me. This is probably not an uncommon scenario given covid-related postponements of events. I've advised SeeTickets of this four times, offered to provide written proof from my former card provider and new payment details etc. This would be easy for them to resolve: instead, they have responded to my emails with three (THREE) template emails stating that "the refund has been issued". It's now been TWO MONTHS since I requested this refund, and still, only form emails. I have it in writing from my former provider that any refund would have been bounced right back to SeeTickets; they know exactly what they're doing here, which is trying to hold on to customers' money for as long as possible. They closed their call centre some time ago, and have only a webform for contacting them - which, interestingly, doesn't send you a copy of your messages (which is the norm with webform customer service). If you find yourself having to contact them, make sure you save copies of everything (and god help you). For anyone in a similar situation, note that SeeTickets are members of The Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers, whose dispute resolution form is easily found online. Complaining to STAR is probably the only way to get an actual human response out of SeeTickets, so I will be starting this process tomorrow.

I purchased 4 tickets for the play that went wrong for October school half term. When I came to print them out they were dated September so no show no refund. The website definitely we booked October. Twice I have emailed and twice been ignored. Don't use this company. We are £100 out of pocket and no person to complain to.

Impossible to speak to customer services and very poor response. Told several different reasons why I couldn't re sell my Lonon Grammar ticket even though I bought 2 tickets from ticketmaster!

Borderline Scam Company. Booked tickets on the 9/9/2021 to be notified a few weeks later that it had been cancelled. Ticket face value refunded but See Tickets pocket the £13.60 booking fee.. Nice business to be in charging for nothing...

This is a big scam. Go to authorised ticket providers with a good review. They 'sell' digital tickets that never materialise. They direct you to download the venue app which turns into a wild goose chase. Having to charge the order back and buy elsewhere. Customer services never answer.

A gig was rescheduled 3 times due to Covid. I have moved since and tickets have been sent to the old address and they won’t resend to the new address. I cannot make the new date and so have tried to swap the lead name to a friend who bought the second ticket. Cannot change names and I cannot be at the event to collect tickets in my name. Totally unhelpful when a solution is so clear, won’t be buying through See Tickets again after seeing all the reviews below too

Bought tickets for Spirit of Christmas. Have had to cancel (tested positive to covid 19). No refund or defer tickets for 2022. No Spirit of Christmas more like Bah humbug 😡🤬. Do not use this company!! Try to charge you extra to insure against cancellation. RIP OFF.

This company is a disgrace. Even when you pay extra for refund protection they will refuse a refund unless you return the physical tickets. Only one problem, they haven't sent the tickets out. No refund and no ticket. Total scam
