Would rate 0 stars if I was able to. Myself and my partner have split abs he wanted to gift me the tickets we’d purchased. See tickets refuse to change the name on the tickets saying I need to buy through Fan to Fan when I’ve already paid before. Also one of there T&Cs is “14.tickets purchased through fan to fan market place do not guarantee entry” so wouldn’t risk it as I’d be travelling 4 hours to attend. Would never purchase from see tickets again abs would recommend others don’t. Highly recommend using ticket master they do allow you to change the lead booker which I wish I had know at the time of purchasing

We had tickets booked to see Chris Ramsey 20/20 tour; it was rescheduled for the 31st March this year (Covid); then 3 weeks before the event they moved the date to the 30th, said they had made a mistake, and we can get a refund if we wanted, they then retained £12 of the value because we had to cancel as we couldn’t attend (toddler at home, unable to move babysitter). Looking online Chris Ramsey is in Leicester on the 31st, and unsurprisingly the tickets are selling for more on that date than the 30th. Emailed to complain and ask for the extra money back, no response. Really annoyed, I won’t be using seetickets again, and I’ll be letting the management company that Chris Ramsey uses know as they should know how a supplier treats their fans. The apology from the company is about the inconvenience, not the underhanded move in changing the date last minute so they can get a bit more money reselling tickets on a better night, you did a shady thing and changed the date last minute without asking, it’s inconvenient, yes, but it’s also just a really poor way to treat your customers.

Two days to the gig and I still have no tickets. App that you MUST have to get tickets does not work. Same error message despite reinstalling app dozens of times. Took my money no problem but no way of getting the tickets. Garbage company. Ref 68643926

My experience is the same. They don't give a toss that they make the cancellation. They make a ton of money keeping fees back.

Promoters cancelled 2 showings of a play last minute - thank you Omicron… Seetickets kept about 30 pounds (about $50 US) when I had no control over the cancellation and I would’ve rather been offered a different day. Did I mention it was last minute while we were on vacation? Ridiculous!

Like many others on here I would not use See Tickets again. I can’t attend the event I’m going to and that’s fine but to not be able to use the Fan to Fan Marketplace as it’s currently unavailable. I just have to say good buy to £179. Life events get in the way which I get but See Tickets add to any disappointment and frustration due to their lack of customer service. All you get is what is in the t&c. Yes there are some ok reviews on here and other sites but please spare yourself the emotions by buying else where!!

THEY DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND UNLESS FOR A SPECIFIC REASON. PLEASE MAKE ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY AWARE. I am no longer able to attend an event in April (just over a month away). I requested a refund and received the following response: "Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange as tickets are strictly non refundable and non transferable as per our terms and conditions of sale. Our terms and conditions can be read at anytime at www.seetickets.com. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause." YES, PRETTY INCONVENIENT AND PRETTY GREEDY CONSIDERING YOU ADDED A BOOKING FEE AS WELL

Never ever buy from See Tickets! As many others said it before me, it is so annoying that in 2022 you only get a very limited number of reasons for which you cannot attend an event - for which, btw, you need justification, medical documents & all. Why did I pay an extra fee as insurance for my tickets then? This is outrageous and goes against my rights as a consumer - people change their minds, circumstances change, but you should have the option of getting your money back. I'm pretty sure I won't get mine back. Poor communication & customer service. Big, big, big mistake buying from them.

Bought tickets for Xmas at Bedgebury in March 2021 with refund protection. A family member was unable to attend after unfortunately being diagnosed with cancer in August (event was in December). I submitted an application for a refund with medical evidence NINE WEEKS ago and I’m still waiting. Emails go unanswered, no telephone number available. Bedgebury customer service are now chasing this with See Tickets too and getting nowhere. I will avoid ST in the future, absolutely horrendous customer service.

1. Booked in 2019 2. Moved event twice due to Covid (understanding) 3. Couldn’t attend on third date due to commitments 4. Returned tickets at my cost 5. No refund given and their system doesn’t recognise my order anymore 6. No way to contact anyone I would stay away from the business- they have no service at all and after dates changes they do not update their one way of contacting them. It is the worse format I have ever used. Should something change I will update the article.

First of all I never received my tickets for my show in the mail like I paid for. They never told me the show was canceled due to Covid. They didn’t tell me there was a deadline I needed to respond to by to get my money back for the show that was canceled and didn’t give me a refund for the up-charge of the printed/mailed tickets even though they never came… the person on the phone basically told me it’s not their problem… never again will I use them. I don’t care who’s show they’re selling tickets for. Worst experience with a ticket vendor I’ve ever had.

I always use See tickets and have always found them good to use - until Matilda was cancelled on 19/12/21 due to Covid. I still have not had my refund and it is a month later.

registered with see tickets by creating an account with them in order to receive the tickets i had purchased. However they never arrived and a week before the concert i attempted to login to see tickets to track where my tickets were and they had no record of me ever having an account with them and i lost all my money

See Tickets kept $50 when the producers of a show canceled a show. Instead of offering a different show time or refunding the total amount paid for the show that I had no control over the cancellation.

Awful non existing customer service. Never received refund for cancelled Nutcracker performance although it is more than 14 working days now! I have an email from Box.Office that See ticket was refunded on 02/01. You have yet not processed my refund and ignored my emails and enquiries not mentioning there is no phone number for customer service. Trading standards will be notified!

We booked through see tickets to go to the Botanic gardens in Edinburgh in November 2021. The botanics were excellent. See tickets cannot be contacted by telephone which is tricky. But the excellent staff at the botanics contacted them on my behalf.
