“Since I have not seen my purchase, which I sent to my niece, I cannot comment on it. However, the flowers arrived on her birthday and she was very pleased with them so thank you very much for your good service.”

“Although advertised on website as delivering in 1-2 days the flowers I ordered took 6 days to arrive. When I wrote to ask where the flowers were for my Gran's 99th birthday present I was told that they were so late because of the Bank Holiday. This should have been flagged up when I ordered the flowers or I shouldn't have been able to choose my delivery date on the selection if it were not possible. In any case I do not see how a Bank Holiday can make quite such a difference to the delivery time. Especially since the Bank Holiday was after my Gran's birthday. We received no apology. On the positive side my Gran thought her flowers were lovely.”
