“Flowers delivered before date I asked and taken in by neighbour for 2days as my sister-in-law was away !!! Not happy, no apology when email sent just said I should have read small print that says can be delivered before requested date to ensure they arrive on time !!! What is point in giving a date then ???”

“We have used Send a Bunch Guernsey Flowers on several occasions and have always heard that the flowers and arrangements were absolutely beautiful and arrived on time. It is a wonderful service especially from Canada that we can arrange a delivery so easily and reasonably and know that the flowers are much appreciated and enjoyed by the recipients. The only thing I can say that might need some improvement is the space allowed for the addresses of the recipients. England especially has long and complicated addresses usually and there is so little space to put it all in that I have to make adjustments in the name to make sure all the vital information is there. Other than that we are delighted with your product and services and will be happy to be a continuing customer. Best regards Sylvia Cusick”

“After many frustrating experiences with floral delivery companies and supermarket chains experimenting with floral delivery, I found Sendabunch. I live in the U.S. and have to trust whomever I partner with to deliver the product I purchase as promised. In the many years I have used Sendabunch, I have never been disappointed. In fact, I have had recipients ask who I use and they, too, have become loyal customers. Quality products with excellent service.”

“Ordered flowers for Mother in law - birthday -delivery very quick but she did say that within 3 days the roses were dead. The rest of the bouquet is lasting well. Not up to the usual quality.”

“Ordering the flowers was easy which is why I've scored poor as opposed to very poor. The flowers themselves were very disappointing, a tiny bouquet which was not in any way like the photo represented. Wouldn't order from here again. I would estimate we got a £3 bunch of flowers with a £15 delivery charge. Terrible.”

“I have used Sendabunch on many occasions and have always been completely satisfied and delighted with the service and the quality of the flowers sent. I always get positive feedback from those I have sent flowers to and some people have asked who I used because the flowers have been so much better in quality and duration than others they have received or sent.
