“My aunt said that her birthday flowers were wonderful, she was delighted.”

“I am afraid that on this occasion the flowers did not come up to the usual standard. Many of the freesias only lasted three days after delivery which came a day before I requested delivery. This was a very special occasion, my 60th wedding anniversary which rather disappointed me after the usual very good performance.”

“What has happened to your Freesia? They used to be way ahead of everyone else, but the last two deliveries lasted less than a week. Disappointing.”

“The flowers started dying within 24 hours and had to be thrown away after 3 days. I was going to complain but my father is in hospital and my mother is disabled (to whom I sent the flowers) and other more important life things got in the way. What was intended to be a lovely birthday surprise during a tough family time ended up being a big disappointment, unfortunately.”

“Arrived a day early than requested but was not a problem as I had allowed for that. Flowers beautiful, recipient absolutely delighted. Wouldl not hesitate to use Sendabunch again and will recommend to friends. Good value and flowers just as described and pictured on website. Thank you”

“I ordered flowers for my Wife's Birthday on the 12th August. I was given the choice of which day I would like them delivered, I asked for the 12th. They are delivered on the 11th with no email to say that they are on there way, so was not expecting them. No one was home when they were delivered on the 11th, so they are taken back to the Post Office. My wife is disabled but if she wants her flowers that were meant to be a surprise on her birthday, she will have to travel a 10 mile round trip to pick them up herself, as I will be at work and the PO only allow to be picked up between 7am - 12.30pm. If we wanted them re-delivered it would be Thursday 13th. Not a good service from the Royal Mail. Why was it not left with a neighbour and why were we not informed that they were on there way and we may have organised for someone to be at home. Not a happy customer.”

“I have ordered from here quite a few times and my family and friends have been very pleased. I would definitely use them again. I like the expediency and freshness of flowers sent. Also the chocolates apparently are delicious.”

“The flowers arrived the day after I ordered them, which was faster than I expected. The recipient rang me to say how lovely the flowers were and commented on the size of the bunch and the excellent quality of the blooms. She also said that the colours were lovely. I use Sendabunch fairly frequently and they have never let me down. It is a reliable company and gives excellent value for money.”
