“The item was delivered fine but an outside ornament was very badly damaged. This wasn't reported to me, it was simply put back to look like it was ok. If the person had been honest about it although id have been upset id have been fine about it but instead there was no honesty, apology in fact it was down right rude and sneaky. I will never use or recommend this firm.”

“a great service fast and cheap compared to other couriers who were wanting over 250 pounds to pick up the engine .i am happy i found sendapallet .it will mean i can get engines picked up in the future fast and affordable.”

“Very efficient and friendly service. Website tracking not very helpful until package is actually in motion. We would have appreciated a delivery time slot (am or pm) being quoted. We could not plan other activities while waiting all day for pallet to be delivered.”

“Within seconds of looking for my pallet was contacted online by Shelley who did a super job and the following day was contacted by the driver Ste twice about my delivery. Both are a credit to the respective company or companys and as a receiver of many couriers delivery companys this HAS to be the Best service I have had in over 20 years !! My appreciation to Shelley and Ste the driver for a commendable job well done, if this is the standard throughout then I will recommend Palletline in future, thank you Martin”
