“An e-trikecycle costing over £1000 was damaged, beyond repair by their courier, Mitchells, while they delivered it. Possibly by something very heavy placed on top of it. I only got £190 compensation from them. Even then it took weeks before I got that ... I would NEVER use them again.”

“Great company to deal with, easy to set up collection. When my customer said he was going to collect the goods after I had arranged delivery, sendapallet were very understanding and refunded straight away. Will not hesitate to use them in future.”

“Phoned twice to see where delivery was (2 different days) and was given a time slot each time and pallet did not arrive. Only arrived on a 3rd attempt after taking time off work to wait or delivery the other twice.”
