“Excellent service. I have used Senapallet a few times now to deliver goods. The collection and delivery are always on time. The drivers are pleasant and friendly...and even help me wrap my pallet for a small extra fee. Great service. I got all my things where I needed them to be, in time just before the Christmas holidays. Very happy and thankful for the efficient service! Becky Martin =)”

“Good service but didnt collect the 1st pallet Intill 630pm and I waited in from 9am, 2nd pallet was alot better and collected by 330pm”

“I couldn't understand the tracking details. Ie 92 depot! I did have to phone the supplier to get the number for the delivery company and phoned them once to find out when they were likely to deliver and was given a three hour estimate. Fifteen mins before the end of that estimate at 4.45pm, I phoned again, before they shut for the weekend, to be told that the driver was running very late and given 6-8pm. He arrived at 6pm. I've given 5 stars for the driver, who did actually deliver the goods on a Friday evening, otherwise we would have had to wait until Monday. Better tracking instructions would help and may be an e-mail or phone call, when they are encountering problems.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible service, collection should have come on Thursday and I waited at home with two people all day and they did not come ( did not even bother to call ) I had to call them to find out they would not come due to a problem. I told them I would not be able to wait Friday all day as I was moving out that week and I would not be able to get anyone to help. The woman that answered did not show any interest in helping and did not offer any solution at all. When they came on Friday at home I had to move 300 kg of boxes by myself and they did not bring any shrink wrap to wrap up the pallet... what a joke! But it did not finish here ... It should have been delivered on Wednesday and they delivered Thursday because they said the lorry would not fit in the street... I mean seriously??? AWFUL SERVICE AND WORST COSTUMER SERVICE”
