“Le 4 avril j’ai transférer à ma conjointe une somme d’argent par Fincimex via sendvalu ca fait exactement 15 messages que je laisse à leur département sans réponses, Hilda c’est rendu à la banque à 7 reprises depuis le 13 avril et ce jour la banque n’avait rien pour elle, chaque fois elle doit payer le taxi allé retour 4 CUC , nous sommes très insatisfait nous devrons changer de fournisseur et demander a MasterCard de nous rembourser puisque sendvalu ne s’occupe pas de nous, c’est désolant de voir ça à notre époque, nous sommes presque certains que nous avons été arnaqué soit par vous ou par la banque De Ahorro de holguin”

“I was happy with the service up until my transfer on April 15. It was to have been processed in 1 to 48 hours. It is now 7 DAYS later, my wife still has not received the money. I tried calling numbers in 3 different countries, and cannot get anyone on the phone. Not happy.”
