“This company is to say the VERY least, horrible..DO NOT send money to anyone with this company. You will lose it, and the person you sending it to will not get it! They are a company that is nothing but a rip off artists!”

Hello, Kindra. We pulled up your account and found two transactions that were marked paid on April 13th and 30th, and one cancelled last April 14 as you have requested. Please send us a copy of your receiver's copy of recent statement that shows the amount was not received. The amount from the cancelled transaction has already been charged back to your account immediately by sendvalu but your bank may take 5 to 7 banking days to reflect it in your balance. If after this period, you still do not see the amount credited back to your account, please contact your bank.
