“I am not satisfied...I still have 2 transaction that didn't went through and was not refunded...so I'm still waiting on my refund...definitely not satisfied.”

Sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with our service. We pulled up your account and saw that the 2 transactions were cancelled. The money was charged back to your account immediately by sendvalu but your bank may take 5 to 7 banking days to reflect it in your balance. If after this period, you still do not see the amount credited back to your account, please contact your bank.
