We have reviewed your account, James. Your transaction was marked PAID in our system. Before your transaction went through, your card have encountered errors due to it is not authorized. As for the currency, Due to changes in international payment transactions, we can only bill in Euro at the moment. We are working to get also the USD and CAD currency available again.

Sorry to hear that you find our exchange rates higher. The transaction fee is shown on the calculator before you proceed to the next step of the transfer. We have reviewed your account and checked all the emails. Our representatives have responded to your emails. Your transactions were all marked PAID in our system as well. Please login to our website and send us a document or anything pertaining to the double processing fees.

“Schnell geht es schon! Aber mir wurde nach einer Transaktion das Wieder-Einloggen angezeigt und dann wurde das Feld: 'Vervollständigen' angezeigt! Doch dadurch wurde eine zweite Buchung mit dem gleichen Betrag veranlasst. Also eine Doppelbuchung! Der doppelte Betrag! Ich habe eine Email geschickt! Hoffentlich wird die zweite Buchung gelöscht! Telefonisch sind Sie nicht erreichbar! Anrufe werden nicht beantwortet!”
