“Since it appears to me to be a IT Tech support issue for the download pdf not operating the support person asked for the right info. but Im not using Google chrome . I sue Microsoft Edge they couldnt see my scree shot!! I the copied the pic of the receipt im used to getting out of your site once its to that point but it wont cooperate tonight.
