“hello since long time i did send money over Sendvalu and i can say all was good organized that i could send only 1000 Euros it is problem from my Visa card and i would wish to send to mobile money also if possible next to Ghana”

“Well I am rating you 3 star base on the aspect of delivery directly on bank account. But I will say am not pleased with your service in the aspect of money pick up at your local partner cos for a week now money sent to me is still at your disposal I have complained on Facebook live chat yet nothing has been done about it honestly its so annoying to the extent am already having the mind of never using your company to receive money. Please do something about it cos I need the money. Thanks.”

“This transfer was great The one before is still not collected by the receiver caused to bad understanding of the people in Nigeria, I send the money for cash collect ....io to his bank, my fault, but now it seems very difficult to transfer the money to his bank, despite he gave them all the correct references ....... I tried to contact you about this, but I have no address for complains...... also, I have no opportunity to send money to Mororro, Algeria, and Tunesia ????, I have friends there.”
