“Very satisfied with speedy transfer of money to recipient. Particularly pleased you are now notifying the recipient of transfer number & availability of funds for pickup! Also, the availability of pickup at so many local outlets is a real benefit. Actually, as you know, very many companies in the business only transfer through banks. This is of no use whatever to huge numbers of people in the West who wish to make donations to Thirld World countries. Such recipients by their situations don't have banks, so your service is particularly useful & wide ranging. Sincerely DW”

“Although I had initial problems with the verification procedure and I still find it annoying that every transaction has to be verified again, it is a reasonable level of service. But things need to change to offer a better and faster service to the customer. Without our money, there is no business.”

“I have problem because my recepient can not pick up the money as post ask for 6 digit pin but there is no 6 digit pin I received and my recepient also do not receive SMS it makes difficulty to collect fund”

“As during the sign up registration, there is no guideline said the name in profile sign up must match passport name 100% at that point of filling up if I in anyway missed out. And the verification only come in at the last part of the process after payment had been made. Sendvalu should review the system sign up for verification in the beginning rather at the end.”
