“Sehr seriös, prompt und günstig! Im Laufe des letzten Jahres führte Sendvalu einige Monate lang keine Geldtransfers nach Kuba durch und musste ich auf andere Dienstleister ausweichen. Seit dieser Zeit weiss ich Sendvalu erst so richtig zu schätzen.”

“I really would like to understand the way you process things... Sometimes we get 5 or 6 numbers for the Reference#...WHY?????????????????????????? I have been using this Website for 3 years maybe? I am now getting a problem with not getting my 13 numbers for a Reference#There has been 2 and 3 days delay getting all of my numbers as I send off the funds! There is a VERIFICATION, PROCESSING, and AVAILABLE...Why do they need verification on my sending? I have sent out over 500 times>>>>>. Also, Why haven't I been given any discount on all of this money you have received from me in the past 3 years?”

Depending on the distributor you have chosen for your transactions, it will give you 10 digits or more for the payout code/reference number. Hello, Mark Linton. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. The recent transaction you have is dated June 19 which was already marked PAID in our system. We did not see any double charges in your account. Please login to your sendvalu account and check the DRAFTS section. If you see a pending transaction there, you can click the Trash Bin icon to delete that. If that is the case, it is a reserve put by your bank and the amount is not yet charged by sendvalu. Your bank will be reporting such reversal in 5 to 7 business days.
