“Can any one explain to me why you have been ignoring my messages sent to your support team? I have been asked to provide additional documents and I have submitted them but until now no one has been able to attend to me or completed my transactions!!! This is really serious! May I know why your support team does not answer messages sent to them? Who do we turn to if your support isn't answering messages or addressing issues?”

“Usually very quick response but I have experienced 2 drawn-out transfer problems with Uremit in the Philippines. Uremit can be offline for several days and delay transfer and this is not satisfactory. My mail to Sendvalu about the delayed transfer is unanswered!”

U Remit's partner disbursement locations such as Cebuana and MLhuillier have encountered technical difficulties and we usually request to divert the transactions to LBC. We will look for your emails and will respond to them as soon as possible.

“Hello, my transaction ID GHSE2815678939 has not yet been proceed by your local partners since 72 hours ago. It has shown processing by local partners for the past 72 hours now. Please why do your local partners take so much time to release payments? Also, I have sent my additional documents to you in other to process the rest of my transactions but as at now I have not received any feedback. Counting on your usual co operation to hear from you. Thanks”
