“I sent money via a wallet (526780) on Tuesday 24th of September at 5.00 pm EDST I have checked in the morning Wednesday September25 and it says on your screen the transaction is not verified - this money should have been received by the receiver within a short period of time - I have received no notification there is a problem - I am disappointed in your service. WILLIAM SKINNER”

“Have been trying to send a transaction to someone since early in the morning and was told by customer service that it was going to be released as soon as possible and still it has not been released and been trying to contact customer service never had a problem with this before usually pretty good at getting my transactions out but for some reason this one is taking a while”
