“Seit einem langen Zeitraum tätige ich Überweisungen nach Cuba und bin sehr zufrieden mit Sendvalu. Es gab bisher keine Probleme. Über jeden Schritt wurde ich sofort informiert. Das Geld wurde immer sehr schnell überwiesen. Sendvalu kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Alles ist fair und transparent.”

“for some reason it takes three or four days to pick up even a small amount of money why is that this is really not acceptable this is an emergency situation they need the money I send it and they cannot get it for days they have to go to the bank three or four times to receive this money can you help me thank you”

“Very satisfied with the service which is quick & versatile in that money can be sent to people have bank accounnts or those who don't have bank accounts. This latter is very helpful when doing charity work in developing countries. It's also much, much quicker than using banks.”

“Das Schöne am Umgang mit Sendvalu ist die Selbstverständlichkeit mit der mein Wunsch erfüllt wird. Bei Anderen hatte ich sehr oft das Gefühl nicht für voll genommen zu werden. Man wird mit Warnungen vor Betrügern geradezu überschüttet. Das nervt. Ich bin erwachsen und weiß was ich will. Bei Sendvalu wird das offensichtlich respektiert. Deshalb ist Sendvalu jetzt meine erste Wahl wenn es darum geht guten Freunden bei Problemen schnell behilflich zu sein.”

“Die Überweisung hat von Anbeginn nicht funktioniert. Eine Auszahlung vor Ort ist nicht möglich. Im Gegensatz zu vorigen Zahlung, ist diese nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich bitte um unverzügliche Abhilfe des Problems. MfG”
