“At initial processing, it took 4 days before my transfer was effected. But subsequent transfers were fast enough that my cancelled transfer was also processed. All in all, service was satisfactory.”

“I appreciate that Ghana is a country with a lot of scams - but I sent money in the morning - and provided my pictures for security - and I sent money on Sunday morning and it did not arrive for approximately 8 hours - This is disgraceful - please look into your system - and if you want the identification every time please have a way we can put it in the original order - it will save me and you a lot of time and incovenience”

Thank you for giving us your feedback. Account verification with ID requirements is a one-time process until your account is fully verified. However, every transaction thereafter may still pass through a manual verification. Delivery time is usually on the same or next business day.

“Overall the service is very good. My only comment is don’t why some transactions are completed in a matter of minutes, while others take several hours even though they are sent to recipients that I have sent to before and we’re completed very quickly. Just not much consistency”
