“Bonjour. Point positif: la rapidité et la sécurité du service. Point négatif: Trop cher et pas rentable pour le destinataire. Car si j'envoie (par exemple), 300 EUROS à Cuba, le destinataire recevra seulement 297 CUC... au lieu de 333 CUC avec le taux de change actuel. Donc, en + du coup du service, vous gardez pour vous, environ 10% de la somme envoyée au destinataire. Une amélioration sera souhaitable et appréciée. Cordialement. Cordialement.”
