Due to legal and regulatory requirements that we must follow, we need to go through a process of getting to know our customer and obtaining documented proof. The importance of compliance with these laws are greater since we are in a non face to face business. Your transaction was cancelled as requested. Your money was not taken by sendvalu as it was not processed. The amount debited from your card is a reserve put by your bank against your card. Usually, banks take 5 to 7 working days to charge it back to the card holder's account.

There are legal and circumstantial reasons why a certain transaction may not be successful. If you are the legitimate registered Sender, you can securely login your sendvalu account and click Support. We will look up your transaction and be able to assist you.
