“Ich war sehr zufrieden mit Sendvalu, hat immer einwandfrei geklappt. Ab jetzt verlangt Sendvalu persönliche Daten von mir Kopie in Farbe beidseitig von meinem Personalausweis, oder von meinem Reisepass. Diese Daten sind bei meinem Kreditkarten-Institut hinterlegt und wenn mein Auftrag vom Kreditkarten- Institut b.z.w. von meiner Bank genehmigt wird ist meine Identität bestätigt. Wenn nicht wird die wird der Vorgang abgelehnt. Aus diesem Grund lehne ich es ab meine höchst persönliche Daten über Internet preiszugeben. (Verified by Mastercard VISA SecureCode) Ich habe das Vertrauen an Sendvalue verloren.”

“Ich war zufrieden. Hat immer wunderbar geklappt. Jetzt soll ich eine Kipie in Farbe von meinen Personalausweis öde eine Kopie in Farbe von einem Reisepass. hochladen. Ich habe den Verdacht. Dass es sich um Betrug handelt. Mit dieser Forderung bin ich nicht einverstanden. Das sind persönliche, vertrauliche Dokumente die man nicht als PDF oder Foto über Internet als upload oder Email versendet. In der Annahme, daß Sie meine Bedenken verstehen können, lasse ich diese Forderung von zuständigen Beamten überprüfen. Schade.... Sendvalu ist sehr zuverlässig, leider besteht jetzt Zweifel an mein Vertrauen. Grüße, Jean”

“I have been a regular customer of sendvalu. And now during these trying times of covid when i want to extend a helping hand to my friend, you ask for my personal docs which i will not be sharing online. Hence either proceed with the transfer so that beneficiary can receive the money or else return the cash back to my account. I will try other online platforms & thereafter my association with sendvalu ends on a disappointing note. And i will share my horrendous experience with my friends, coleagues & other well wishers ... Beneficiary too will do the same Sreenath KS”

Hello, Perry. We were able to pull up your account using the email address indicated in this review. The last transaction in your account was last year (October) which was cancelled. No new transactions found. Due to legal and regulatory requirements that we must follow, we need to go through a process of getting to know our customer and obtaining documented proof. Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. Transactions to mobile wallet usually takes 24 hours to complete on our platform. There are also some instances that the receiver's mobile wallet holding limit has been reached which is the common cause of delay. If this is the case, the mobile wallet should be emptied to receive new transactions.
