“I have been a regular customer of sendvalu. And now during these trying times of covid when i want to extend a helping hand to my friend, you ask for my personal docs which i will not be sharing online. Hence either proceed with the transfer so that beneficiary can receive the money or else return the cash back to my account. I will try other online platforms & thereafter my association with sendvalu ends on a disappointing note. And i will share my horrendous experience with my friends, coleagues & other well wishers ... Beneficiary too will do the same Sreenath KS”

Hello, Perry. We were able to pull up your account using the email address indicated in this review. The last transaction in your account was last year (October) which was cancelled. No new transactions found. Due to legal and regulatory requirements that we must follow, we need to go through a process of getting to know our customer and obtaining documented proof. The importance of compliance with these laws are greater since we are in a non face to face business. For further assistance, log in to your account and go to Support.
