Due to several complaints received with regards to our services in Ghana we regret to inform you that the cause of the delay is due to on-going upgrade of the inter-bank/mobile network transfer system, which processes transfers across all Ghana banks from our service providers. As a result, the system is experiencing intermittent service outages, thereby causing delays in transaction status confirmation. Our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

“Alles gaat goed op een ding na. Bij kortingen zoals nu bij Corona, is dat niet uit te voeren. Ik stel voor een kortingscode te geven die je eenmalig of voor een bepaalde datum bij geldverzending kunt invullen in het scherm. Dan lukt het zeker! Bij Valentijnsdag ging het ook niet en al eerder maanden geleden...”

“Dieses mal hat es super funktioniert bravo!!!!!! Aber wenn es ein Problem gibt ist es nicht möglich mit einer Kontakt Person zu sprechen. Kurs ist auch der Geldfluss über Malt ???”
