“Servicio muy rápido. GRACIAS ! Hay una cosa que todavía no entiendo y Sendvalu no me explique bien. Cuando yo mandé dinero en Cuba, yo pago en dólar CAN. PERO YO PUEDO CONSTATAR QUE SI YO PAGO EN EUROS, TENGO QUE PAGAR EL MISMO PRECIO. COMO PUEDE SER ASÍ ? EL DÓLAR CAD VALE MÁS O MENOS 0,75 $ PERO MAS O MENOS 0,68 EURO. NO ESTÁ LA MISMA VALOR ! ENTONCES NO ENTIENDO PORQUE SIEMPRE YO PAGO MÁS O MENOS 83$ CAN POR UN ENVÍO DE 50 CUC. GRACIAS POR EXPLICARME BIEN POR FAVOR .”

“I’m very pleased with the service I receive from sendvalu. Though I’ve had my share of problems the have always been resolved. It is near impossible to reach customer service by phone unless I call them early in the morning and impossible to reach them after noon my time, CST, something should be done about that.”

“Your information said the cash would be available in 4 hours but it turned out to be much longer which caused considerable problems for my recipient. Other than that, the service was very easy to use and not expensive.”
