“Nagpadala ako ng pera sa tatay ko sa Pinas last week. Inabot ng 2-3 days bago natanggap. Expected ko na sobrang bilis pero medyo nadelay kasi hiningan pa ako ng credit card statement na di ko agad nasend dahil nirequest ko pa sa bangko. Pero ok lang kasi they are just following the law so that means maaasahan ang sendvalu pagdating sa security ng padala mo.”

“Ilang beses na ako nagtransfer ng money using sendvalu. Ok naman yung serbisyo nila. Kaya lang kailangan pa akong laging tawagan sa bawat padala ko. Medyo busy ang peg ko kaya di ko nasasagot minsan ang kanilang phone calls pero na-aappreciate ko naman yung effort nila na mapanatiling secured yung mga padala ko.”

“First time kong magpadala ng pera sa pamilya ko sa Pinas. Akala ko sobrang bilis lang ng pagpapadala pero need pa pala ng ID at saka tatawagan ka pa para -validate yung transaction mo. Ok lang din naman dahil naman daw sa security yung ginagawa nila. I will still use sendvalu sa mga susunod kong padala kasi mas okay pa din kumpara sa iba.”

“Ходила получать деньги в один из банков рядом с домом, если бы меня сотрудники Зендвалю не предупредили о том, что можно получить деньги в любом банке, где работает их партнер, я бы никогда не получила ни копейки в том банке у дома. Слава богу, что в Вашем сервисе работают нормальные люди.”

“It is nice to know about sendvalu who's involved in charity works, they are not just for business but they also helps people in need. I like using their platform, i've been using their service for a few months already. Transactions were all good and quick. My sister always receive my transfers on time. But at first, it was not easy, because they will do verification thoroughly but it's for my own security as well, which I really appreciate. Thank you sendvalu! Kudos to your company.”

“For the first time, my transfer was delayed and the money is urgently need by my family. I was very upset, i left a voicemail to them and they contacted me back. I told the young man that my family need the money for emergency back home. I was told that they will follow up the transfer. After an hour, I received an email that the money is now ready for pick up. Glad it still arrived on time to my family. Thank you sendvalu for processing the money very quick after the call. I appreciate your time. I will still use sendvalu service on the my next transaction”

“I found sendvalu page through facebook, from then on I've been using their service for a year now. It was not easy at first but they helped me a lot through out the process during registration. One of the good thing I like is that part of the fees will go to charity. Their intention is really pure to the people in need. Not just for business but to help children as well. “My mother made a transfer to me from the US. During transfer, we encountered a mismatched of information, my name was not written down correctly. Sendvalu customer support contacted my mother about this, it was then corrected right away. Me and my mother would like to thank sendvalu for making it clear before sending the money to me because I will have a problem in claiming if that's the case. Kudos to sendvalu team and surely my mother will keep on using your service!”

“I have no dealings with sendvalu, but they called me yesterday and I really didn't know why they called me. When the operator said about a transaction received using my card I was very surprised because I did not make any transaction to them or send money online. It was then we found out someone has used my card information with our my knowledge. I am glad until today thinking about the incident. It's good that senvalu contacted my right away and they told me to report it to my bank and as well as to police after that they cancelled my transaction. Thank you so much sendvalu, your process on verification is excellent. You were able to stop the person on using my card with out me knowing. I really appreciate your time to call me about this and notify me about my card activity. Your customer support helped me a lot and clearly advised me what to do next. Kudos to your company and people who works in sendvalu!!!!”

“I want to thank sendvalu for responding to my request real quick. I reported an incident about someone used my card and they immediately took action on it. I felt they are really concerned about the situation and cancelled my transaction right away, after that they advised me to report to my bank and police. It was great that they were able to solve my problem right away. I commend sendvalu customer support team, thank you for helping me out.”
