“It's my first time to us sendvalu, their website shows that it's easy to do transaction with them, but when I already requested money transfer, they are asking for me to provide ID and other documents, which made the transaction process took time. However, they explained to me that this for my own security. I understand their point. I would like to suggest if, you can improve or update your website statements, because it is contradicting to the process. But, at the end of it, sendvalu was very helpful in relation to my query and assured me to have a smooth transaction in the future. I will still be using sendvalu service on my future transaction, they're customer service was very helpful and easy to communicate during my transaction. Thank you sendvalu for giving care to your customer. not just for business but you also make sure customer identity are protected.”

“First I thought I was scammed, because after submitting my transfer they requested for my ID and I didn't heard anything from them after. Then after a couple days my receiver got the money. This is my 4th time to use the service and so far I am not getting any problem.”
