“I don't understand what happened with this transaction. Have been using your services before the pandemic with no problem. It doesn't make sense for the amount of money I am sending . You need all this personal information.”

“Overall I am satisfied with the services provided by Sendvalu. I am less satisfied with the fact though that order ref 119177901 of February 18 has not been paid to the beneficiary but to someone else. Later reports show that the amount has not been paid at all and that the transfer would be cancelled. Unfortunately I have not been refunded yet. Again, in general I am very satisfied.”
