“Why is the exchange rate of the dollar to the Colombian peso, not the same as established worldwide? Your rate was 4550 pesos and the established rate is 4779 pesos. Please recheck this so I can do business with your company. Regards, Luis de Cuba”

“This has been the worst experience ever. Your customer service is awful. I have been spending the entire day trying to get in touch or have someone reach out and nothing!!! I tried the numbers and I received the same message over and over our operators are unable to help you at this time. I did not see a place where you could do a live chat. This is the only email I have received all-day. I am so disappointed. I wish I could find the Live Chat option but I wasn't aware there was one because I could not find it. And I also tried to cancel but wasn't able to find what I needed to do so. So the person I was trying to help is in a dire situation and I am not happy because I am in limbo regarding the money I sent that is still in the verification stage.”
