“Excelente servicio, lo recomiendo. Al principio se demoro un poco debido a algunas informaciones que necesitaban por mi parte, luego todo fue bastante rapido y eficiente. “I have no dealings with sendvalu, but they called me yesterday and I really didn't know why they called me. When the operator said about a transaction received using my card I was very surprised because I did not make any transaction to them or send money online. It was then we found out someone has used my card information with our my knowledge. I am glad until today thinking about the incident. It's good that senvalu contacted my right away and they told me to report it to my bank and as well as to police after that they cancelled my transaction. Thank you so much sendvalu, your process on verification is excellent. You were able to stop the person on using my card with out me knowing. I really appreciate your time to call me about this and notify me about my card activity. Your customer support helped me a lot and clearly advised me what to do next. Kudos to your company and people who works in sendvalu!!!!”

“Sencillamente el mejor servicio de envio de remesas por la internet, le envie dinero a mi esposa en Brasil desde Republica Dominicana, y en menos de 24 horas ella recibio el dinero que esta siendo necesitado para pagar el alquiler del apartamento donde vive junto a mi hijita. Gracias Sendvalu por entregar un servicio de primera clase con eficiencia y calidad brindada en el servicio, pues sus operadores son muy gentiles.”

“La verdad que el servicio al cliente de Sendvalu es de primera clase, tuve un problema con una transaccion a mi tia en Colombia, el representante que me atendio fue muy profesional y le dio seguimiento hasta tanto mi tia habia colectado el dinero. “Creo que es la mejor compañia que he encontrado para enviar dinero por la internet, las otras tienen altas tarifas, SENDVALU en cambio es muy competitiva en sus tarifas. “I have tried using other service but my transfer was declined because of my ID. My transfer is was really urgent because I need to send money to my mother in the province. I tried sendvalu online money transfer, we had problem at first because of my ID but they provide another option for my transfer verification. Thank you sendvalu for helping me out and your customer service was really helpful during my query. I highly recommend your service to everyone!!!”
