“Were you satisfied with our service? Dear friends, This question now to me is not possible to answer in a decent way! Why not? Because it has not context to the payment! It is obviously a plain question with no basic! I did pay about 7 times or more now and I got this laconic question! Plese think a bit more and change your question in the way of a context! Kind regards Hans Peter Kraehenbuehl”
