“Leider kann ich Ihnen nur einen ungenügenden Service bestätigen, seit Sie mit Ihrem Dienstleister HooYu zusammenarbeiten. Bisher wurden von Ihnen alle Identitätsnachweise, wie Passkopie oder Energierechnung anerkannt. HooYu lehnte bisher alle gescannten Dokumente mit meiner Adresse ab. Von Ihrer Mitarbeiterin Frau Aras konnte ich keine zufriedenstellend Antwort erhalten. Ich hoffe, Sie finden eine Lösung für mein Problem!”
