“On this occasion sendvalue has failed me and the recipient. I am advised the transaction is complete, But advised it is not so because the phone number it was sent to does not accept money. This advice was offered by MTN .This is the first time I have had a problem, all other transactions have been excellent . Please advise If the current Problem can be rectified Regards. Jordi.”

“Ich habe schon viele Auslandsüberweisungen nach Peru über Sendvalu getätigt und war immer sehr zufrieden. In letzter Zeit geht es noch viel schneller! Oft ist nun schon wenige Stunden nach Überweisungsauftrag das Geld auf dem Konto des Empfängers. Super!”

“Most things are ok but if I send money on a Saturday the recipient don’t get them before Monday eve. That is not good enough. Also sendvalu do not answer any mail within 12 hrs as they said. It take sometime over 24 hrs to get answers on mail. Bad”
