“85 euros ont été prélevé sur mon compte bancaire debut aout. Mon amie cubaine n'a jamais reçu l'argent !!! Je n'ai pas été remboursé !!!. ce mois ci j'ai envoyé 30 euros +154 euros à mon amie cubaine à la havana, elle n'a recu que 110 euros !!!! En revanche, on m'a bien prélevé 184 euros sur mon compte !!!! C'est tout simplement DU VOL !!!”

“The transactions I created this morning took over 8 hours to process. I needed the money sent right away and that did not happen. Tried to call customer service and couldn’t reach anyone.”
