“I have had 5 cars from SGPetch and each time the service is fantastic 3 through Becky in Middlesbrough 1 with Guy Gibson Nd the last car with Ryan Robertson again I was given the highest customer care A excellent company”

“What a pleasant change to find a franchise dealer that really want to help and provide customers with good service. This is my first visit to Petch with my wifes Kia, wish I had found them earlier. Service and MOT carried out as promised car collected and returned all for agreed price, thanks a lot.”

“After our well used Audi A3 developed an expensive fault we decided to look for a replacement. And not another Audi. I was looking for a Mazda. But I ended up buying another A3! He told us that he had just got a second hand Audi A3 in stock and showed us the car. Immaculate and very tempting, but I was keen to have a change of marques. Joseph was very patient and helpful, showing us a range of other cars on the forecourt, including a Mazda. In the end the Audi was so tempting that we said yes. Very good service, picked up the car a few days later, very well valeted. Happy customers.”

“Iv got my last 2 cars from SG Petch I wouldn’t go anywhere else as they just get the job done with no hassle, Ricky is amazing he listened to what I wanted and literally the first car he showed me was perfect and I got it. Thanks again Ricky”

“Customer service was priority. From the first phone call to completing the purchase nothing was too difficult. We arranged a test drive of the vehicle. We were very impressed with Richie and his knowledge of the vehicle and its history. No salesman hassle which is why we would recommend S G Petch. The whole process was smooth. We even ordered additional mats for the vehicle due to the excellent quality service that was provided. We would certainly purchase from SG Petch again.”

“Probably the best garage I've ever dealt with. Disappointed with the car itself due to quite major faults cropping up in the early stages of ownership, however, Emma and the team are very professional, helpful and always do the right thing by us.”

“We had excellent service throughout when purchasing our new car. Salesman Ryan Robertson was very professional and in our case very patient is answering any questions and concerns we had. This was just before lockdown was announced and every effort was made to ensure we got our car just in time. thanks to all concerned especially Ryan.”
