“Customer service was priority. From the first phone call to completing the purchase nothing was too difficult. We arranged a test drive of the vehicle. We were very impressed with Richie and his knowledge of the vehicle and its history. No salesman hassle which is why we would recommend S G Petch. The whole process was smooth. We even ordered additional mats for the vehicle due to the excellent quality service that was provided. We would certainly purchase from SG Petch again.”

“Probably the best garage I've ever dealt with. Disappointed with the car itself due to quite major faults cropping up in the early stages of ownership, however, Emma and the team are very professional, helpful and always do the right thing by us.”

“We had excellent service throughout when purchasing our new car. Salesman Ryan Robertson was very professional and in our case very patient is answering any questions and concerns we had. This was just before lockdown was announced and every effort was made to ensure we got our car just in time. thanks to all concerned especially Ryan.”

“Being an Alfa fan, I really wanted a new Stelvio, but had terrible experiences with two local Alfa dealers. I finally tried SG Petch and can honestly say they were superb. I dealt with Nick Nicholson and he was communicative throughout, not pushy, very informative and helpful. Despite the difficulties faced by lockdown (Delays in importing from Italy etc.) he always kept me informed and helped where he could. Excellent customer service.”

“Felt the deal was decent, friendly staff and given covid upheavals most things done efficiently. The only let down really was the state of the car at handover. I was promised the interior would be detailed, it was not, in fact the inside of the car once I got it home was actually quite dirty so I detailed it myself. Also the tyre repair kit was missing (it was eventually posted to me) and a tyre dust cap missing which I replaced myself, additionally all the tyre pressures were incorrect. The handover prep appeared not to have been carried out which was a bit disappointing considering this was a £30k + car but given the current situation with covid I would not be too harsh and would use this dealership again.”

“Recently picked up my new (used) car, which was in outstanding condition. The whole purchase process was proffesional and relaxed with very a knowledgeable sales team. The whole experience was enjoyable, which is not always the case with some garages. Will return there for my next car.”

“My mum bought a second hand i20 from Petch in October 2020. We were helped by Callum who wasn’t patronising or pushy. The car required a few minor things doing to it which were all carried out before delivery. Callum even went out of his way to actually deliver the car to mum as she is a nervous driver and was apprehensive to drive it home from the showroom....and it was his official day off! We discovered that evening that the handbook was missing and Callum actually hand delivered one the next day to mum who was very grateful. First class service and A Grade staff. Can’t fault anything about the sale. Would definitely recommend Petch (and Callum) to anyone looking for a car, even in a pandemic! Thank you”
