“Kevin was very professional, helpful and not pushy. He worked out a deal that met my needs. Kevin offered multiple options and explained them in detail. This is the second car I have bought from SG Petch, they always provide a quick and professional service. Thank you.”

“Nicky & Neil listened to what I was looking for in a car, they were friendly, knowledgeable, not at all pushy, they suggested a couple of different styles of cars & we ended up with the one we bought. Nicky took the time to explain everything in detail. They are a credit to SG PETCH thank you.”

“I am very pleased with the service I have received from this company's representatives at their York branch. My search for a replacement car for my Citroen C4 Exclusive began earlier this year (2020) but was delayed mainly due to the pandemic making viewing and test drives more difficult than would have been otherwise. My quest was to down-size yet maintain top end features and I finally chose a Kia Stonic (Level 4). I have had it for just less than 1 month but I am delighted with it and it fully justifies the confidence I had in their sales executive Thomasz Cyganec. Throughout the process he was very friendly, not 'pushy' and very knowledgeable about the car and made every effort to ensure I was satisfied and understood the sales procedure and the various features of the car. Follow up was excellent in helping me with one or two features of the car and nothing was a trouble to Thomasz. I am pleased to have the opportunity of submitting this review especially comparing the attitudes of other dealers who, for one reason or another, did not seem interested in advising me on a suitable replacement for my Citroen. Thank you Messrs Petch!”

“Reg at SG Petch was superb in the handling of our recent purchase. No hard sell, just good old fashioned customer service with a smile. The car looked like a new one when we collected it, having been valeted beautifully. A courtesy call from Reg a day or two afterwards to check everything was ok was just the 'cherry on the top' of a lovely experience.”

“S.G. Petch were outstanding in our opinion. We have bought several cars over the years but our experience on purchasing this one was the best ever. We never felt pressurised or obligated at any time, right from the moment we entered the showroom until we left with our new car. The sales team (especially Roy the Sales personnel & Neil the manager) were very polite, friendly & welcoming. We were very pleased with the car that we bought & the deal that we got with it. If we could rate them with 6 stars, we would.”
