“Very helpful people who were happy to let me have a test drive and answer any queries. I was very happy with the deal and there was no hassle with my method of payment. The car needed a small repair to the paintwork which was completed quickly with no problems.”

“What started out as a positive process and purchase turned into a negative one. When we viewed the car it only had one key but we were assured by the salesman at the time that he'd provide a second key. We naively thought that would be the same as the existing one i.e. a remote control key. AFTER we'd made the purchase of the car, the key we actually received was a manual one (presumably costing less). When we queried this we were told that they'd never said it would be the same - only a replacement one. When I escalated this with the Sales Manager AND SG Petch's General Manager I was given the predictable answer that they satisfied what they'd said they would. How stupid of us not to be mind readers and predict this when we signed on the dotted line.......”

“Fifth Sportage purchased from Richmond branch. Great all round experience, as usual. Joseph pulled out all the stops to ensure our car was ready on time, even overcoming the last minute registration hitch. Happy to recommend to friends & family.”

“Excellent service.Craig looked after us,did everything he said he would and on time.Gave us all the relevant information in a quick and concise manner and was easy to understand all he was telling us.He made the whole process a pleasure from start to finish and communication from him was excellent.”

“I recently bought a 67 plate Ford Fiesta Titanium - The sales staff were friendly and very helpful but best of all were NOT pushy. The car was immaculate when I picked it up and it even had a 1\4 tank of petrol in it. Nothing was a trouble. I would certainly recommend this branch of S G Petch not just for its choice of New vehicles but the large number and choice of used cars.”

“We have bought more than a dozen cars from S G Petch since they opened their showroom at Skippers Lane in Middlesbrough and have always been delighted with the vehicles and the fantastic personal service received. All the staff at S G Petch go out of their way to make the vehicle buying experience stress free and enjoyable. No high pressure sales, just responding to the customer's needs. I can't fault them in any way.”

“I was met by a friendly and approachable young lady who was extremely professional I and knowledgeable .She was able to guide me through the process with skill and courtesy which is probably after the purchase of a home the most costly item most people will maker .I was most impressed and pleased too as also she was not only the salesperson but our daughter too”

“We had excellent service from SG Petch during our purchase. Thoughtful and polite staff coupled with honest communication made everything feel smooth. I was particularly impressed by Tony who handled our purchase - especially the way he took plenty of time to show us around the car when it was ready to go. Also - It's worth saying that we are very happy with the car too!”

“Thank you to Simon, Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions with regards to the mobility process. customer service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. I received a courtesy call asking if every thing was ok, and was I pleased with the car,Hyundai Tucson, It was a good choice, very comfortable and a smooth drive.”
