“My car came in for second service told there was sludge in washer bottle quoted £280 plus vat as it would take 3 hrs to do got car back home it took me 15 min to sort it out complained told someone would get back to me. 24 hours later nothing just shows they don’t care once you drive the car away. Sales were excellent service customer service leaves a lot to be desired”

“Investigated stiff clutch pedal and 'notchy' gear changes on a 66 reg car. Recommended new clutch. Took car to another garage for second opinion and clutch cable adjusted and now fine. Called SG Petch 3 times to dicuss the issues before I got a reply. Not so much bothered about the new clutch recommendation, more the lack of response from my inital enquiry”

“Looking for a new vehicle is not always easy unless you know exactly what you are looking for. Our recent visit to SG Petch changed my view. We were not hounded and followed around by sales persons as we had been in other dealerships, and, when we were ready to discuss vehicles we were made to feel welcome and offered a number of cars to suit our needs. We were not pressured and all financial options were covered. Needless to say, we left with a new car order!”

“Car good but admin poor, took a payment out for my old car a Hyundai.. Also they said they would be sending £50 for the mot we had to get because of delays when car had actually arrived. This has also not arrive and the amount taken for my old car has not been refunded.”

“I have been a customer for 7/8 years and always had very good service. There are nearer Kia dealers nearer to our home, but I always prefer to travel to Petch because of professionalism”

“We were invited to look at new cars ,as we have bought our cars from SG Petch for years . We found the sales rep very courteous and friendly and handled the new sale very easily . Good communications and a reliable after sale , maintenance and service account opened for future services to out new Hyundai i20! Would recommend this dealership if you are interested in buying another new or used car.”

“What great service we received, particularly given the challenging times we are all facing. Chris Dunwell was very helpful and quickly found the exact car I was looking for. As our car comes through Motability, it was important that all of our son's equipment was able to fit in. Chris offered us an over-night road test so we were able to take a similar car home to test car seats etc out, without having to tackle the stress of doing it all on-site. He kept in touch and checked in so see how we were doing, and offered us a reduction on our advance payment. We had the car 4 days later. Excellent service and great follow-up too. Being a motability customer, it can be quite challenging when you have a family member with complex needs, so having the car testing and buying experience made so easy was very much appreciated. Many thanks Chris at SG Petch. We love our 5008 too. A great choice of dealer and car.”
