“From the initial enquiry to delivery of the vehicle , Ricky Doughty from York branch was an absolute pleasure to deal with , he listened to my wants and never exacted any pushy sales traits associated with the industry , I asked for certain stipulations for the sale and they were met , had a small incident after taking the car where the coolant level alarm came on , this was due to have a new water pump and timing belt fitted , Ricky drove 17 plus miles to top up the coolant level and was very apologetic , because I live in Richmond and not York the warranty with the vehicle can be used in my hometown SG Petch saving a lengthy commute to York , I would definitely use SG Petch and especially York branch for any future car purchases as they were very accommodating and Ricky is a man of his word and SG Petch should value employees like him as he embodies true professionalism and is trustworthy , something I look for when parting with hard earned money buying a new car .”

“My 5 stars goes to Chris at the York branch, I had enquired about replacing my old car at Darlington but was not given the best deal as a returning customer. It became apparent that offering me not an approved Kia meant more money to you and not the best deal for me! I will not be returning there next time I wish to change my car.”

“We dealt with Matthew in the Seat department and he is an absolute diamond. 100% would recommend SG Petch just based on our dealings with him. Hes a top guy and is also incredibly handsome.”

“I bought a used car from the Darlington branch, the whole process was very quick and easy. Craig Saunders was very friendly and kept me up to date with what work was being done on the car and he also sent me pictures of the refurbished wheels on the car. There was no pressure and it was a nice atmosphere with great customer service, I will definitely return to the Darlington branch.”

“Excellent service from Ricky Doughty at SG Petch (York based) Kia dealership. I phoned about the car at 12.30pm and by 4.30pm the same day all the paperwork and finance agreement had been completed, I had been sent a personal video of the car and delivery had been arranged to my home in Kent (250 miles away) for Monday morning! I have never bought a car "blind" online before, but for anyone unsure especially during the covid pandemic don't hesitate. With a 14 day return period after delivery, you probably have more consumer rights than if you purchased off a forecourt. Nothing was too much trouble for this dealership. The car arrived promptly. It was valeted, taxed and with all current MOT advisories addressed upon my request. It was immaculate inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend this well established company which appears to be reliable, honest, reputable and offers good quality cars at very reasonable prices. Thanks to Ricky for making the whole process painless with his excellent customer service, friendly manner and efficiency (and no hard sell technique which I hate). Great doing business with you and thanks for my smashing Kia Carens!”
