“A good quality car, sold by a great car salesman. Rob is not your usual car salesman which is why we like to buy from him. He is not “pushy” and his product knowledge is amazing, any questions we asked comparing other models the answers rolled off his tongue for us to make an informed choice. Rob has the personal touch and he has gone above and beyond, by going out of his way to drive to our house to drop off information for the car. Robs attention to detail is fantastic, and made our lives easier by applying for our refund of road tax which saved us a trip to post a post office- in a world where everything is digital he also makes us aware of the features and benefits of Nissan connect app. Rob provided us outstanding customer service and he an asset to support the brand of SG Petch. So if you want to be well looked after ask for Rob Thankyou”

“The service in the past has always been excellent this time not so much orded a new car in January with a delivery date of May frist contract was a tear message end of April saying delivery was now August this should have been a phone call can understand why a text message put it should have been a phone call. Didn't hear anything until middle of July to say car was in and it is already booked in for a repair to wheel and tyre”

“This is the third new Mazda I've bought from SG Petch and every buying experience has been excellent and the ownership through the service department has only enhanced the whole package. I have no doubt that Mazda number 4 will come from SG Petch”

“The approach shown by Craig was friendly, helpful and quite frankly Un car salesman like. I originally was looking to buy a Ford, they were the complete opposite. Craig offered a great deal, kept us updated as to the progress of our order and answered by frequent questions open and honestly. There was a delay in delivery which could not be placed at S G Petch’s nor Seat’s door”

“Poor at keeping you updated once car is ordered. No after care whatsoever. Was promised a phone call to see how car is and not heard anything. There’s a problem with the radio that I’ll now have to chase up.”
