“Very friendly staff who understood our requirements. A test drive was arranged and we were shown around the car and its equipment. Everything was explained carefully. Delivery was smooth and informative and we were invited to return if we had questions or problems. Great service and great customer care.”

“My wife and I had called into SGPetch Darlington showroom to check ease of entry and exit from a Mazda CX30. Ryan was the person who attended to us and fully answered all our questions by explanation or demonstration, after considering overnight we contacted Ryan and ordered a Mazda CX30 in silver. Trading our Mazda 2 was painless with Ryan handling everything friendly and expertly,also keeping us informed at all times of delivery progress of our new car until we actually collected it. While talking with my sister and one of my brothers I then found out that they had both also ordered new cars from SGPetch Darlington theirs being Mazda CX5,s. My sister lives in Brighton some 324 miles south and had purchased her previous CX5 from SGPetch Darlington and now was trading for another CX5 after travelling 324 miles again, My CX30 is now my 4th Mazda purchased from this company so that must say something about the satisfaction and service provided by the personel and company itself.”
