“As a new driver I felt incredibly nervous about looking for a car. Martin at SG Perch in York was very helpful, he helped me understand what I wanted from a car and the pros and cons. He never pressured me and now I have a fantastic second hand car that I am thrilled with! I can't recommend SG Petch in York highly enough.”

“Great easy purchase of my Nissan, Sales adviser has been great even in contact on his days off. Since my purchase of a new Nissan I have returned to the dealer for other services and found Nissan at Durham to be a great help. I hope to deal with Nissan Durham in the future.”

“Had a very pleasant experience last week when buying my car. Ray dealt with the whole thing from start to finish. On his day off he even got a colleague to call to finalise things before I travelled down from Scotland the next day. Would definitely recommend SG Petch to anyone and will use them again in the future.”

“Purchased a Hyundai Kona Iron Man limited edition just over two weeks ago. After taking the car home we found two blatant faults with the paint work. Can’t believe this was not picked up prior to leaving the factory or showroom. Totally disgusted. Just back from 2 week holiday therefore fault not rectified yet.”

“I have driven Hyundai cars for over 15 years now and I have always found the service from Hyundai dealers to be very good. However, I would go one further with SG Petch of Middlesborough and say their service has been outstanding, especially from their salesman Christian! I had problems getting the relevant finance through for my new purchase from them (nothing to do with Hyundai Finance) and they bent over backwards to accommodate me. In the end it took a sum total of just over 4 months before we could actually take possession of our new car but, all the time, Petch's were very patient, as long as I kept them in the loop and told them exactly what was going on. I now have a brand new i10 with all the usual bells and whistles and I am extremely pleased with it - apart from one niggle. I used to use cruise control a lot on my previous i10 but my new one, being Auto, doesn't have it fitted???? This seems to me to be a very retrograde step by Hyundai - many cars have Auto AND cruise control!! That being said, I am very happy with the car and couldn't praise Petch's high enough for their customer service!!!”

“SG PETCH DARLINGTON BRANCH Professional, friendly service. MARK was extremely helpful and patient and guided my son through the process of purchasing his first car every step of the way. Faultless .. wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the branch .. we will definitely return when we change the family car.
