“The sales man who helped me to buy my car was very attentive and I could not fault his professionalism. He helped me get the car I wanted in my budget and supported me through the sale and any questions were answered which I needed the answer too. Andy is fab and is great at his job couldn’t fault the service from Andy. Thank you”

“Excellent assistance from Joseph Dowdall who couldn't help us enough. The car was there when we wanted it and Joseph even helped transferring our own registration plates. We are delighted with The Sportage GT Line (our third Sportage).”

“Absolutely delighted with the Seat Mii. Great to drive with quite a turn of speed if required. Just a little reminder to Adam in sales. He promised to send me a car fitting for my mobile phone .”

“We first made contact with Melissa Murray via Email, regarding a low mileage 66 plate Hyundai Santa Fe we had seen on Auto Trader. Melissa was very helpful, and sent us a walk round video of the vehicle as we were travelling some distance to purchase. Everything agreed we travelled up on the Sunday night to collect the car first thing Monday morning. Unfortunately between the time we agreed the sale, and collection day some damage had occurred to the vehicle in way of a scratched door and boot lid, this put a dampener on things. Melissa, having spoken to her sales manager, assured us it would be repaired and they would deliver the vehicle to us in Corby, Northamptonshire where we live. As we were going on holiday the same day, we agreed to leave the car with them to get on with the repair straight away. We mutually agreed the Santa Fe would be repaired and delivered the following week after we were back from holiday, this all happened as planned, and they had a professional driver drive it down to us. So in short excellent customer service from Melissa and all the team at SG PETCH Hyundai, we would highly recommend Keep up the good work Jayne and Jonathan North”

“Good service. Pleasant. Helpful. Explained in full. Patient. Knowledgeable. No pressure. However; I was advised that the car had been valeted. I found sweet wrappers and a car parking ticket and needed to clean the seats again. Therefore not a full valet completed. In exchange I sold you my old car, which after the sell date to you, I have received from the Police a notice that the vehicle was caught speeding. Was this while you owned the vehicle or sold on? I have notified the police and confirmed I was not the driver or the owner of the vehicle at the time of this incident.”

“I bought a Hyundai 1.4 on the 11/02/2020, on that day I was promised that I would be sent some black paint to cover a small scratch.The paint didn’t arrive so I phoned S G Petch and I was told that the matter would be searched up.It is now 3/03/2020 and I have still not received the paint and not even a phone call with an apology or a explanation .I am not pleased !”
