“Very pleased with the service I received I like the no messing on approach. Christine was really friendly and gave good advice and was knowledge about the car her was selling, It's the second time I have used SG Petch to purchase a car and both times I have been happy with the service. Thank you”

“This is my second new CX-5 car from SG Petch in Durham. Very happy with salesman Alan Copeland's attention during the whole process on both occasions - I like his straight-talking no-nonsense approach. The car was delivered on time and Alan took time to e plain the controls different to my last CX-5. Servicing: I signed up with SG Petch service club - this spreads the cost of servicing with a monthly charge and includes all necessary service parts and labour. There's also a 10% discount on any accessories and access to lots of discounts from high street retailers. All in all - pretty well pleased (4 stars - because nobody is perfect😉).”

“Good customer service. Was contacted throughout my purchase to let me know what was happening regarding what stages my car was at. Delivery estimate was spot on and Carl was very helpful throughout the whole process. Couldn’t find fault whatsoever 5*”

“Left sitting around on our own for long period of time when we went to buy and collect the car without even an offer of a drink or any other hospitality. We felt that the salesman did not know enough information concerning the car and seemed disinterested in us. We only bought the car as we thought it was a bargain or we would have left without a purchase.”

“having faced a large repair bill to my exsisting car i went looking for a replacement. This task was taken on by Ross from KIA. i had a tight budget and wanted something different. Ross came up trumps and all within a week of me asking. His professional manner and expertise was second to none.”

“Simply cannot fault S G Petch of York on the purchase of our new Fiat. We actually went into the showroom on a Saturday to look at a completely different new Fiat. The car we bought was actually on display in the showroom and we just fell in love with it. We picked up our new car on the Thursday - just five days after our initial visit. Peter Bonnard the salesmen who dealt with us was excellent, dealing with everything speedily and keeping us informed on a daily basis. At handover Peter explained everything about the car even down to the best way to lock and unlock the fuel cap. After his weekend off Peter called to make sure all was well and that we were happy with the car. We were and still are.”
