“Have used SG Petch for servicing of our Santa Fe for many years without any problem.Decided to buy newer model . Andrew the salesman was excellent. Sourced a great car at a good price with no messing about . Happy to continue using them Hope the business thrives after this difficult time with Corona pandemic .”

“Found the, extremely helpful, especially the salesman - Robert Costello - whom I dealt with from the start. Unfortunately the car has stood on the drive virtually from the day I picked it up due to the present awful situation. Hopefully I will be able to put this right sooner rather than later.”

“I have been to other car dealers in the past for my mobility car but none were as good and efficient. Chris of Darlington SG Petch sorted out the ideal car for my disabilities (ms) he went beyond helpful . He searched about to get the car I liked which was a Peugeot 3008 and even managed to get one in the colour I wanted. He kept me up to date with everything and everything was ready for me to pick up and drive away. He made everything so much easier for me. I definitely would recommend and I will definitely be using this garage again in the future. I’m so happy with car I just can’t drive at the moment because of the Coronavirus. I also appreciated the following up call”

“Very happy with way the deal was done it is my 5th kia 4 from sg psych Mike whittaker retired and was always very good but Martin Phillips was just as good only thing can not. Go out virus”

“I agreed for three jobs to be done on the car prior to collection. 1 out of the 3 was done to a satisfactory level. The steering wheel of the car was still off centre despite the salesman telling me he had checked it. It wasn’t and still isn’t. The rear bumper repair had been done to an incredibly low standard and with the paint match, finish and evidence of masking and cleaning up afterwards just not there. To cap this I had paid for the work to be done. Also the Salesman was arrogant and tried to convince me that the work had been done correctly. The don’t being taken for a fool and I certainly do not like paying for terrible workmanship. A truly bad experience.”
